Automatic riddling machines

These machines offer completely automated and efficient riddling (remuage) for English / Welsh sparkling wine production (traditional method), Champagne production (méthode champenoise) and bottle-fermented cider production, allowing you to process high volumes of bottles with minimal labour and space requirement.

• Available as single (500 bottles per week), double (1,000 bottles per week) and quadruple cage versions
• Automatic cycle takes typically one week - see Application for more on the riddling process
• Simple loading by forklift truck
• User-friendly software with 5 standard programmes
• User programmable options
• Touchscreen panel
• Hot-dipped zinc coated galvanised riddling cages for corrosion resistance and long lifespan
• The riddling cages are stackable (up to 5 levels) and can be folded down for easy storage and transport
• Additional riddling cages supplied
• Cages for special bottle sizes available on request
