As part of our consumables range for wineries here at Vigo, we stock a range of wine additives and treatments, including enzymes, wine fining agents, grape must and glycol. Wine fining is an essential stage in the winemaking process, helping to clarify and stabilise wine ahead of bottling, and our range of fining agents covers a variety of applications to suit different wine styles and production methods.
