Enquire Online

Carbonation Techniques Ltd provides a wide range of carbonation and premix carbonation systems. We provide automatic systems with a capacity ranging from 2,000 to 60,000 litres per hour, ideal for drinks manufacturers with large batches of product.

Our carbonators now come with touchscreen capability.

Machine Description

  • The product is delivered directly from its holding tank to the carbonator inlet valve and pump receiver vessel - this contains a level management system.
  • Product is then pumped from the inlet receiver vessel via the progressive cavity pump system, ensuring gentle handling and continuous pressure of product.
  • Product is then received in the carbonating pressure vessel, which also contains a level management system.
  • Product temperature is closely monitored by the PLC which automatically changes Co2 pressures according to any temperature change giving continuity of Co2 in the final product.
  • During carbonation, deaeration is carried out, removing any unwanted air/oxygen in the product.
  • An over pressure pump is installed at the outlet of the machine to give extra control with difficult products when fobbing occurs during the filling process.
  • The over pressure pump can also be utilised for transferring cleaning solutions to assist with cleaning of process plant.
  • Also available with mixed gas option - CO2 and nitrogen

Machine Features

  • Pressure vessel manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel, machine welded and certified to the current pressure vessel regulations
  • Pipe work and fittings supplied in 304 or 316 stainless steel
  • All certification supplied with the purchase of machine
  • Machine is manufacture on its own stainless steel skid frame, a compact plant for CO2 and/or other gasses.
