Automatic Bypass Microfiltration on Hollow Fibre Membranes

The JU.CLA.S. MFTC tangential filter is designed for wineries that need high-performance, flexible, and scalable filtration. Built with next-generation polypropylene hollow-fibre membranes, the MFTC ensures maximum wine integrity, outstanding durability, and resistance to mechanical and chemical stress.

The MFTC is available with cartridges offering 10, 15, or 20 m² of filtration surface, providing a full range of adaptable configurations.
For small and medium wineries, a single-cartridge setup delivers up to 20 hL/hour for still wines, making it a compact yet powerful solution.

The robust steel housing ensures long-term reliability, and models for sparkling wine filtration are available upon request.

The MFTC system is engineered to handle the full spectrum of winery filtration needs, including musts, post-fermentation wines, clarified wines, wines ready for bottling and sparkling wines. It also offers excellent performance for autoclave loading and end-of-fermentation separation.
