These caps are not always suitable for every bottle type. We recommend you download the Specification Sheets (see Downloads tab) and test a batch before ordering. We can provide cap samples on request.

In-bottle pasteurisation:

  1. To ensure correct engagement of the tamper evident seal, we recommend that the cap is fully tightened prior to pasteurisation
  2. To avoid an excess build-up of pressure in the bottle during pasteurisation, it is important to ensure the bottles are filled to the correct level, as specified by the manufacturer
