STS S1L Automatic Linear Labeller
The STS S1L automatic linear labeller is a high-performance labelling machine designed for accurate and efficient bottle labelling across food, drink, and pharmaceutical production. Manufactured by STS, who have over 20 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of automatic labelling machines, this robust labeller is widely recognised for its reliability and functionality.
Suitable for integration into a production line or operation as a standalone unit, the S1L offers flexible and precise bottle labelling for a wide range of bottle formats.
Key Features
- Labels up to 1,500 bottles per hour
- Designed for in-line use or as an independent standalone labelling machine
- Available with one or two label dispensing stations
- Capable of applying single labels (including wrap-around) or front and back labels in one pass (with labels printed alternately on the same roll or via a second labelling station)
- Capable of applying neck labels
- Label application tolerance of ±1 mm (subject to bottle tolerances)
- Control board with microprocessor
- DC stepper motor for accurate label positioning
- Stainless steel construction with some aluminium components
- Full CE-compliant guarding
- Supplied with one set of change parts for one bottle format; optional change parts available for additional bottle types
- Optional accessories include a sensor for transparent labels, a lot/batch marker printer, and heat shrinker for applying shrink capsules.
