Brief
Hunt's Cider required a complete kegging and bottling solution for a new purpose-built factory. As part of the project, they had secured significant grant funding, meaning detailed specifications, clear cost breakdowns, and full transparency on equipment functionality were essential.
Solution
We designed and delivered a fully integrated bottling and kegging facility, tailored to their new site. The installation included tanks, chilling equipment, a tunnel pasteuriser, labelling equipment, and supporting systems - providing a seamless, end-to-end production solution.
Result
The new onsite facility has transformed Hunt’s Cider’s operations. By eliminating the need to transport product to Bristol and Somerset for contract filling, they have significantly reduced both costs and their carbon footprint. With rising fuel prices, bringing production in-house has delivered even greater long-term value and efficiency.
