Juice Caps & Closures

At Vigo, we supply a range of juice caps and closures for apple juice, fruit juice and soft drink producers, covering the most common bottle formats and packaging requirements.

Our range includes aluminium roll-on-pilfer-proof caps (ROPP caps) in 28mm and 30mm sizes, suitable for application to MCA3 thread glass bottles using a ROPP capping machine. We also stock 26mm crown caps for juice bottles, and plastic MCA2 tamper evident screw caps, which are suitable for hot-fill and in-bottle pasteurised juice products and are available in a range of colours to suit your packaging. We also supply PVC shrink capsules for MCA2-capped bottles, specifically for 250ml juice bottles.
