The Solution
We supplied, installed and commissioned
- Voran WALC wash mill with elevator and an EBP650 belt press, enabling increased rate of pressing (1.5 tonnes of apples per hour) and maximum juice yield;
- Vigo flash pasteuriser, reducing pasteurisation time and delivering juice or cider hot direct to a bottle or bag filler;
- Technibag Sympaty Top 270 semi-manual filling machine for vacuum bags with superior filling capabilities (up to 750 litres per hour).
