The Brief

Lyme Bay Winery is a progressive winery producing an array of award-winning English wines and premium drinks. James approached us with production aims of new fermentation and storage tanks that were required to give flexibility and maximum efficiency in the production process of the wide range of products. It was essential that the tanks should be easy to use, very easily cleaned, and a range of capacities.

 

The Solution

We supplied a range of Speidel tanks ranging from 10,000 litres down to 2,500 litres capacity and smaller, with accessories to suit the James' requirements.

We have also supplied winery equipment for pressing, temperature control, filling, capping and labelling.
