The Brief
Rain Nutrience Ltd in Devon manufacture nutritional supplements and provides a contract bottling and distribution service for nutraceutical products. Rupert O'Connell required an automatic labelling machine to apply self-adhesive wrap around labels to 2 sizes of plastic cylindrical container.

The Solution
We supplied, installed and commissioned an S1/Z Avv linear labelling machine with a throughput of up to 2,500 bottles per hour.

The Result
‘It’s saved a massive amount of time, and it has a coder on it, which I hadn’t originally planned to buy, but now we use it a lot. Vigo delivered, installed and trained us on the machine. They’ve also been very good about calling round to resolve any small items, things we didn’t understand, rather than a problem. Labelling used to be by hand, and a tedious time-consuming job.
