What is the Carbo 2000?
The Carbonation Techniques CARBO2000 is the newest of our carbonation systems, which operates at a speed of up to 2000 litres per hour.
Our team of Vigo engineers are currently building a CARBO2000 system integrated with a chilling skid and buffer tank, for installation at a research and development facility.
All pipework and skid assemblies are designed and assembled in-house by our engineers, with full pre-delivery testing and inspection carried out on-site, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

The touchscreen interface makes it easy to control precise carbonation levels and even allows for programmable recipe selections.
Product temperature is closely monitored by the touchscreen interface, which automatically changes the CO2 pressure according to any temperature changes.
CARBO2000 parts are all built with either 304 or 316 stainless steel, including the control panel.
This state-of-the-art control technology is highly accurate and user-friendly, with minimal maintenance needed.
The CARBO 2000 offers environmentally friendly specifications, such as lower power consumption and filling pressures and efficient CO2 usage.
