Support is key for us here at Vigo. Our team of 9 dedicated UK-based engineers provide more than just installation. Our engineers offer flexible support, technical adaptations, manufacturing experience, maintenance advice, service and repairs, all whilst operating to the highest safety standards. We also issue a trusted warranty and service contracts for our products. Our engineers have 75 years combined engineering experience, so we can ensure our customers are in safe hands.

Our facilities allow us to be fully equipped and keep us efficient. Our combined 20,000 square feet of facilities ensure we have an extensive supply of not only products but also spare parts to keep our customers’ equipment running smoothly, and our engineering workshop allows us the space and tools to adapt systems to tailor them for each brand’s specific needs.
