Designed specifically for pressing red wine mash and whole grapes without rotation, the Sphera Press features WillMES’ patented 360° pressing principle and advanced air distribution system. This ensures the membrane inflates evenly, creating a uniform pomace cake around the flexible juice channel, enabling exceptional juice quality at minimal pressure.
