28mm Aluminium ROPP (Roll-on pilfer-proof) caps

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that our GOLD, SILVER, GREEN & BLACK caps are now supplied with a Svelon (non-PVC) liner, as opposed to PVC liners as previously supplied.Our cap manufacturers introduced the liner change due to market forces; supply chain issues regarding PVC plastisol; and in order to mititage the political energy challenges faced throughout Europe by minimising their use of natural gas, i.e., PVC production requires natural gas, whereas non-PVC is produced using electric. Non PVC liners are commonly used by drink producers in Europe. These particular liners are Svelon 529, and are suitable for pasteurisation at 20 minutes up to 85°C; hot fill at 95°C; and are ideal for fruit juices, lemonade and beer. If you would like a specification sheet on these liners, please contact us on 01404 892 100. In time, all of the other colours will switch over to Svelon lined caps, and we will update this page accordingly as and when this happens.
These ROPP caps are for application to 28mm (MCA3) thread glass bottles via a ROPP capper (see below), available separately.
