This automatic semi-rotary labelling machine is a high-speed, precision labeller designed specifically for sparkling wine and bottle-fermented beverage production. Ideal for English and traditional method sparkling wine, Champagne (méthode champenoise), and bottle-fermented cider, this system delivers efficient and accurate bottle labelling at speeds of up to 1,200 bottles per hour.

Engineered for flexibility, the machine can operate in-line within a production system or as a standalone unit, making it suitable for a wide range of bottle labelling applications.

  • Up to three labelling stations (front, back, and neck)
  • Capable of applying a single label or front and back labels in one pass (with labels printed alternately on the same roll or via a second labelling station)
  • Applies champagne foils (with or without medal) and neck labels
  • Single head capsule distributor with inclined foil magazine
  • Optical orientation of champagne foil via rotating holding cup with stepper motor
  • Double pneumatic head for foil application
  • Accumulation board, idler and drive system
  • Touchscreen control panel with capacity to memorise 30 different label formats
  • Full CE-compliant guarding
  • Optional accessories include lot/batch marker printer and sensors for transparent labels
