For the capping of champagne style bottles prior to secondary fermentation, these 29mm Ø caps have an integrated bidule to assist with the accumulation and removal of the yeast plug when disgorging.
- Made from corrosion resistant tin-plated steel (E4/E4)
- Low density polyethylene bidule
- External surface of cap coated with a polyester/acrylic varnish to resist water, wine and abrasion
