CAPPING is a product that automates the process of capping containers. It is an optimal solution to be used alongside a benchtop or semi-automatic filling system. It is able to screw on a variety of caps: screw, pressure, flip-top,twist-off, ROOP, trigger and dispenser and many more.
FUNCTIONS
The system is composed of a conveyor belt on which the capping head rests, with the possibility of upplying it in both the pneumatic and electro-pneumatic versions depending on the specific needs and the type of screwing to be performed. The cap is placed or inserted manually by the operator who positions the container on the appropriate conveyor belt at the machine's entrance.
