Enoveneta TOP destemmers / crushers

The TOP range of destemmers / crushers are manufactured by internationally renowned Enoveneta, who have been manufacturing oenological equipment for over 50 years. Their range covers production outputs from 3 to 26 tonnes per hour.

• Available models: TOP 5 (5 to 6 tonnes); TOP 10 (10 to 12 tonnes); TOP 15 (15 to 16 tonnes); TOP 25 (23-26 tonnes)
• Gentle action with rubber covered beating paddles with adjustable tips
• Optional motorised crushing unit (detachable when required) with adjustable rubber rollers
• For both hand-picked and machine harvested grapes
• Easy adaptability to different grape varietals
• Mechanical variable speed auger (electronic on TOP 25)
• Mechanical variable speed beating shaft cylinder (independent from auger speed) (electronic on TOP 25)
• Shaft cylinder with 22/22mm Ø holes as standard (22/18mm Ø instead on request), apart from TOP 25 which is 25/22mm Ø
• Free run juice separation with draining channels and juice outlet
• Easy to clean and maintain
• Side covers open for easy access and cleaning
• Front cover lifts to facilitate removal of the beating shaft cylinder
• Stainless steel (AISI 304) construction on wheels
• Electric control panel
