CANFILL Counter pressure

The CANFILL system, developed by Eurostar, is designed for the pressure canning of carbonated and/or flat products.

Product feeding is controlled by a modulating valve, an analog probe, and a pressure transducer, ensuring optimal management of the product to be filled.

Level adjustment (20 mm) without changing the filling/levelling tube.

Foam removal at the filler outlet through inert gas blowing knife.

Inert gas injection immediately before the lid placement.

One-head seaming system designed and manufactured by Eurostar.

The CANFILL has:

• Chassis and structure manufactured in inox steel AISI 304
• Transmission of the working dynamics with gearmotors and driveshafts
• Every station of the bottling process protected by clutches and warning sensors
• 5,7" colour touch screen
