DUALFILL Mechanical Isobaric
The DUALFILL combi system, developed by Eurostar, is designed for filling carbonated and/or products both in bottles (glass / PET) and aluminium cans.
The basic configuration of the filler includes Type S filling valves (snifting). Depending on the type of product, it is also possible to use other types of valves, especially DPS valves (double pre-evacuation and snifting). The double pre-evacuation system – designed for beer – ensures excellent protection against oxygen.
The DUALFILL has:
- Frame and structure in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Dynamics with gearmotors and cardan transmissions
- Each station protected by ball clutch and signalling sensor
- 5.7'' touch screen
- Full features on request
Available options:
- Range of configurations and options
- Centralized level adjustment
- Parts in contact with the product in AISI 316L stainless steel
- Draining sloping frame
- Top cover and laminar flow
- Prepared for CIP connection
- Wi-Fi - Ethernet connection for remote assistance and diagnostics
- Compatible with glass, cans, PET and other polymers
- Compatible with most common closure types
- Rinsing - One or two treatments with fixed or dynamic nozzle
