EUROSTAR MEC LD Low vacuum / Gravity
The EUROSTAR MEC LD automatic rotary system, developed by Eurostar, fills flat and low-density liquids.
The opening of the filling valve is actuated by its contact with the mouth of the container raised by the supporting cylinder.
The MEC LD has:
- Chassis and structure manufactured in inox steel AISI 304
- Transmission of the working dynamics with gearmotors and driveshafts
- Every station of the bottling process protected by clutches and warning sensors
- 5,7" colour touch screen
Available options:
- Centralized level set-up
- Range of configurations and options
- Parts in contact with the product manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316L
- Draining sloping frame
- Top cover and laminar flow
- Deaerator and N2 flushing
- Prepared for CIP connection
- Internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) for assistance and remote diagnostics
- Full list of available options on request
- Compatible with glass, PET and other polymers
- Compatible with all main capping systems: cork, ROPP aluminium screw cap, plastic threaded cap, crown, etc.
- Rinsing - One or two treatments with fixed or dynamic nozzle
