MEC NH - NECK HANDLING Low vacuum / gravity and counterpressure
The MEC NH is a system, developed by Eurostar, for filling flat and carbonated liquids.
A PET bottle filling machine with Neck Handling uses a conveying and guiding system that grips the bottle by the neck rather than by the body or the bottom. This technology is widely used in production lines for water, carbonated beverages, juices, and liquid food products.
The opening of the valves is activated by contact with the mouth of the container raised by special jacks equipped with neck grippers.
The MEC NH has:
- Frame and structure in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Dynamics with gearmotors and cardan transmissions
- Each station protected by ball clutch and signalling sensor
- 5,7 touch screen
Available options:
- Range of configurations and options
- Centralized level adjustment
- Parts in contact with the product in AISI 316L stainless steel
- Draining sloping frame
- Top cover and laminar flow
- Prepared for CIP connection
- Wi-Fi - Ethernet connection for remote assistance and diagnostics

- Compatible with most common closure types
- Rinsing - One or two treatments with fixed or dynamic nozzle
