MEC SI Rinsers
The MEC SI rinser, developed by Eurostar, is suitable for internal cleaning of new PET/glass bottles.
· Mechanical parts in contact with the bottle, such as valve, etc., are made of AISI 304 stainless steel while handling grippers are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
· Parts made of plastic or rubber are certified for food use.
· Double-opening gripper for better bottle gripping, equipped with high-strength, quick-extracting pads (patented) appropriately shaped to firmly grip bottles in the neck.
· Electric servo control capable of adjusting the height of the carousel on which the grippers are mounted; this allows bottles of different heights to be processed.
· "No bottle, no spray" system: The machine's injection system is constructed in such a way as to prevent the injection phase on those grippers that, for whatever reason, have not picked up the bottle. Such a device prevents upward sprays that would shower both the machine and the surroundings.
· Solenoid valve positioned at the beginning of the injection system suitable for blocking the flow at each machine stop and restoring it at each start.
· Sanitizing liquid supply from the bottom.
· Washable open type gripper and gripper holder flange. (from model 16 grippers).
