EUROSTAR POWERFILL
The POWERFILL Volumetric system, with electronically managed filling by high-precision flowmeters (± 0.15%), developed by Eurostar, is suitable for all products from liquids up to medium density in containers of any material and shape.
The POWERFILL has:
- AISI 304 stainless steel frame and structure
- Dynamics with geared motors and cardan drives
- Each station protected by ball clutch and signal sensor
- 5.7'' touch screen
- Very flexible & adaptable
- Easy to sanitize
- No contact between the filling valve and the container mouth
Available options:
- Range of configurations and options
- Parts in contact with the product in AISI 316L stainless steel
- Draining sloping frame
- Ready for CIP connection
- WiFi - Ethernet connection for remote assistance and diagnostics
- Compatible with all types of bottles and containers
- Compatible with all common closure types
- Rinsing – one or two treatments with fixed or mobile nozzle
