Juclas Mastermind QFT
Juclas Mastermind QFT
An integrated system for measuring the filterability index of wine.
The Mastermind Q.F.T. is a laboratory tool for analysing wine filterability indices and the Fouling Index of water.
This machine uses an accurate weight test so it can easily calculate complicated wine and water indices completely automatically and can check temperature, as well.
The results are high repeatable due to the high standardization of this tool and can be shown on a PC display (not provided) and stored in a database (MS Access) or printed as a report (or stored in .pdf format). The dedicated software is included.
This tool uses a precision balance specifically developed for this application in cooperation with Gibertini Elettronica Srl, a world leading company for the production of precision balancing tools.
Mastermind Q.F.T. also records the temperature at which the test was carried out, allowing for accurate comparison of the data from different times. It is also possible to edit the test parameters in order to analyse filterability indices in special applications (e.g. juices), too.
Goals
- better comprehension of wine conditions in order to choose the best filtration system possible
- checking the results after filtering wines
- checking the obstructing effect of service waters
- great savings thanks to the improved control of all filtering and filter regeneration processes
