The Speidel centrifugal mill is a high-performance cider mill designed for efficient and reliable apple milling in both amateur and light commercial environments. Manufactured by Speidel, internationally renowned for over 100 years in the wine and beverage industry, this centrifugal mill has been a long-standing best seller, with thousands of units supplied.

This innovative centrifugal mill is the only amateur apple mill on the market capable of taking full buckets of apples in one go, making it ideal for improving throughput and reducing preparation time during apple processing.

  • Recommended for milling apples for amateur use or light commercial operations
  • Capacity: up to 1,000 kg per hour (depending on operator and fruit)
  • Designed with rust-free materials, including robust polyethylene (PE) and stainless steel contact parts

The Stainless Steel: Speidel tanks are manufactured from high specification Outukumpu stainless steel. Outukumpu are global leaders of stainless steel production, were founded in 1910 and acquired ThyssenKrupp in 2012. The steel is manufactured to stringent German standards and is generally thicker than that found on cheaper brands of tank.
