The ATHENA automatic monoblock, developed by Squadron, perfect for carbonated beverages, comes complete with:
- Electro-pneumatic isobaric filler with 6 valves (S type as standard + PS or DPS type as optional)
- Single-head capper (according to customer’s needs)
- Single-head seamer
- Base in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Pneumatic bottle lifting
- Possibility of memorizing 16 recipes for 16 types of product/bottle
- Isobaric system (counter-pressure) allows bottling of beverages without losing any carbonation
- Matching the pressure inside the bottle and the product tank prevents excess foaming
- Double pre-evacuation system – for beer - allows for excellent protection from oxygen
- Stainless steel conveyor belt for special chain (L=1000 + L=500) + chain + return + drive with gear motor
- Efficient, flexible and space-saving
Max speed: 850 bph with 330ml bottle/can format
