The semi-automatic isobaric monoblock, developed by Squadron, is a rinser, filler & capper, perfect for carbonated wines and beverages, and comes complete with:

• 6-nozzle empty bottle rinser
• 6-valve electro-pneumatic isobaric filler (counter-pressure) allows bottling of carbonated products without losing any carbonation
• Matching the pressure inside the bottle and the product tank prevents excess foaming
• The filler basic configuration includes type S filling valves (snifting). Depending on the type of product, it is possible to supply type PS valves (pre-evacuation and snifting) or type DPS valves (double pre-evacuation and snifting)
• Double pre-evacuation system – for beer - allows for excellent protection from oxygen
• Single-head closing turret (according to customers’ needs) or single-head seamer
• Ideal for water, beer (in glass bottles), sparkling wines, juices and soft drinks
• Base in AISI 304 stainless steel
• Pneumatic bottle lifting
• Possibility of memorizing 16 recipes for 16 types of product/bottle
