The OLYMPIA A AV 4.1 is an automatic rotary monoblock, developed by Squadron, for filling still products (spirits, still wines, still beers, still soft drinks) and edible oils and comes complete with:
- Filling machine 4 valve filler for high vacuum filling, pneumatic bottle lifting, socket for on-off fuel pump, control of the liquid present in the tank using a level float
- Capping machine for aluminium screw cap or T-cap or Guala cap automatic cap distribution with vibrating hopper
- Pneumatic bottle lifting piston
- Can process round, square, shaped and miniature bottles
- Electromechanical and pneumatic operation with PLC system
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Electronic speed regulation with inverter
- Electrical board set up with controls and protections compliant with CE standards
- Special 90° infeed/outfeed configuration.
