TThe STS S1LR1 AVV automatic linear labeller is a high-speed, precision labelling machine designed for accurate and reliable bottle labelling across beverage, food, and pharmaceutical production. Manufactured by STS, who have over 20 years of experience designing automatic labelling machines, this labeller is widely recognised for its performance, durability, and efficiency.
The S1LR1 AVV is a fast and efficient bottle labelling machine, capable of applying labels to up to 4,000 bottles per hour, making it ideal for medium to high-volume production environments.

- Labels up to 4,000 bottles per hour
- Designed for in-line use or as an independent standalone labelling machine
- One label dispensing station
- Capable of applying single labels, including wrap-around labels (up to a maximum height of 150mm)
- Belt label smoothing system for accurate application
- Label application tolerance of ±1 mm (subject to bottle tolerances)
- Stainless steel construction with some aluminium components
- Supplied with one set of change parts for one bottle format; optional change parts available for additional bottle types
- Optional accessories include lot/batch marker printer and sensors for transparent labels
