The S1Z AVV is manufactured by STS, who have over 20 years' experience designing and manufacturing automatic labelling machines for the food, drink and pharmaceutical sectors. STS labelling machines are renowned for their functionality.
- Can label up to 2,500 bottles per hour
- For use in line or as an independent stand-alone unit with one dispensing station
- Capable of applying a single label to bottles, up to wrap-around (to maximum length of 150 mm or, optionally, 200 mm)
- Belt label smoothing
- Adjustable to handle bottles from 60mm to 120mm diameter
- Label application tolerance +/-1 mm (subject to bottle tolerances)
- Control board with microprocessor
- DC stepper motor
- Equipped with one set of change parts for one bottle format; optional change parts available
- Optional accessories available (see features)
