The S1Z AVV is a versatile bottle labelling machine capable of handling a wide range of container formats, making it suitable for both in-line production and standalone labelling applications.

- Can label up to 2,500 bottles per hour
- Suitable for in-line operation or as an independent standalone labelling machine
- Capable of applying a single label, including wrap-around labels (up to 150mm length, or optionally 200mm)
- Belt label smoothing for accurate and consistent label application
- Adjustable to handle bottles from 60mm to 120mm diameter
- Label application tolerance of ±1 mm (subject to bottle tolerances)
- Control board with microprocessor
- DC stepper motor for precise label positioning
- Supplied with one set of change parts for one bottle format; optional change parts available for additional bottle types
