The B'Booster Top 720 is an automatic filling machine for filling vacuum bags or pouches, manufactured by Technibag®, specialist manufacturers of bag-in-box filling and packing equipment.

  • Fills vacuum bags (pouch module required to fill pouches)
  • Fill rate 720 3 litre bags per hour
  • Automatic machine which can be used as a stand alone machine, or alongside the C'Booster Top 720/900 Automatic Bag Packing Machine; or as part of the complete Flexi-Line
  • Process includes automatic feed of bags (on web), multi-stage filling cycle (see Application), through to detachment and evacuation of bags
  • Oxycontrol included as part of cycle
  • Integrated CIP
  • 7" colour multi-function touch screen control
  • Access interface functions via Smartphone, tablet or PC to track:
    • Production - program management, rate/output, production planning
    • Statistics - quantities filled per batch; total quantity filled; start-up statistics, cleaning statistics, etc.
    • Maintenance - preventative maintenance count-down
  • Stainless steel construction
  • Many options including pump; pouch module (changeover in less than 30 mins); temperature control; ISO 7 laminar flow hood with booster; prefilter & U15 filter; electromagnetic counter, etc.
