The O'Box Top is an automatic box erector for bag in boxes, and is manufactured by Technibag®, specialist manufacturers of bag-in-box filling and packing equipment.

  • Automatically erects boxes (BIB) ready for insertion of full bags
  • Designed to work in-line with the B'Booster Top 720/900 Automatic Bag in Box or Pouch Filler; or as part of the complete Flexi-Line
  • Two models available: 900 boxes per hour and 1900 boxes per hour
  • Process includes box shaping from flat, with or without box gluing on the inside
  • Large capacity box supply storage
  • Boxes can be loaded without stopping the machine
  • Adjustment to the mm by revolution counters
  • Box size changeover in less than 15 minutes
  • Options include: box holder for dual direction opening; gluing underneath before packaging; overlapping flap kit; manual introduction of boxes kit
