The Tenco EasyCap is a versatile and compact air-operated bench-top capper suitable for closing twist off, snap on or plastic screw caps. It is ideal for small and medium-sized producers looking for a reliable solution for automated capping.

Fully Pneumatic Operation:

  • Ideal for work environments where electrical components cannot be used.
  • Adjustable air pressure (3 to 7 bar)

Multiple Compatibility:

  • Twist Off caps from 38 mm up to 110 mm, (including standard and tall).
  • Plastic Screw and Flip-Top Caps up to 50 mm in diameter, (e.g. DIN61 vented caps, HDPE screw caps with seal, flip-top caps).
  • Containers up to 330mm height. 
  • Interchangeable chuck for different formats

Optional Extras

  • Additional chucks for other formats, such as those used for nail polish.
  • Custom capping columns for taller bottles or jerry cans.
  • Sliding pneumatic jar holder for added stability.
  • Custom neck holder to support PET or lightweight plastic bottles.
