Jarselite by Tenco is a semi-automatic, pneumatically operated filling and capping system engineered for high-precision dosing of liquid, semi-viscous, and particulate-containing products into glass jars. The system integrates the Doselite volumetric dosing unit, capable of delivering adjustable fill volumes, ensuring consistent metering across a broad spectrum of product viscosities and densities.

Premium-Grade Materials 

  • All components in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, for superior corrosion resistance and full compliance with food-grade hygiene standards.
  • The structural frame is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, for long-term mechanical integrity and robustness in industrial environments.

Volumetric Dosing System

  • Highly accurate fill volumes from 50 ml to 1300 ml.
  • Optimised for viscous products and those containing suspended particulates.
  • Supports hot-fill operations up to 100°C.

Torque-Controlled Pneumatic Capping

  • Adjustable torque settings
