The Tenco Pouchlite Filler & Capper is ideal for filling and capping flexible doypack-type bags (with an already sealed spout)

  • Semi-automatic machine with pneumatic operation

  • Made from 316L stainless steel (suitable for contact with food, cosmetic, chemical & pharmaceutical products)

  • Available with or without inert gas injection prior to capping (to increase shelf life)

  • Cap is screwed on by an air motor with torque adjustment

  • Suitable for filling at high temperatures

  • Can fill viscous products containing particles or soft fibres

  • Uses the Doselite volumetric dosing pump to fill liquid and semi-dense products into these pouches/bags.
