Vigo 40 x 40cm Sheet Filters

Vigo 40 x 40cm sheet filters are robust and reliable beverage filtration units, designed for sheet filtration of wine, cider, beer, and other beverages. Ideal for both small and large batch operations, these filters ensure consistent product clarity and quality.

• Suitable for batches of 2,000 litres of product or more
• Available with 20, 30, or 40 plates (40x40cm), depending on the model
• Stainless steel chassis, end plates, inlet piping, outlet piping, and drip tray
• Polypropylene plates as standard
• Accepts 40 x 40cm Filter Sheets – not included, available separately (see below)
• Stainless steel valves (threads to your specification)
• Outlet sight glass, sample taps, and pressure gauges
• Capacity: approximately 50–100 litres per hour per filter sheet
• Mounted on large wheels for easy movement.

Optional Accessories:

• Optional pump (available separately) which can be mounted on the chassis. Please call us on 01404 892 100 to discuss this.
• Optional Double Filtration Kit (part no 95183 – available separately) allows simultaneous sheet filtration with two grades of filter sheets.
