Voran EBP580 Belt Press
The Voran EBP580 belt press is manufactured by internationally renowned Voran, suppliers of high-quality fruit processing equipment since 1925.
This automatic belt press is designed for pressing high volumes of fruit pulp with minimal labour costs, making it an excellent choice for professional juice production. When combined with a Voran wash mill and elevator (available separately – see below), the EBP580 forms a complete system for continuous, automatic pressing and milling of apples. Belt presses are most commonly used for apple pulp but can also press a variety of other fruits and vegetables – see Application for details.
In operation, pulp (such as milled apple pulp) is fed continuously onto the porous belt of the belt press and pressed against a series of steel rollers to extract juice efficiently. Compared with traditional hydraulic presses, the belt press delivers equal or higher yields, shorter pressing times, and minimal air contact. This results in consistently high-quality juice with very low solid content.
