Enquire Online

The ZBP660 twin belt press is one of the latest presses manufactured by internationally renowned Voran, suppliers of fruit processing equipment since 1925.

Automatic belt presses offer a way of pressing high volumes of fruit pulp with minimal labour costs. When used with a Voran wash mill and elevator (available separately - see below), the belt press offer continuous, automatic pressing and milling of apples. Belt presses are typically used to press milled apples, but press some other fruits and vegetables - see Application for list.

Pulp (e.g., apple pulp from milled apples) is fed continuously onto the porous belt of the belt press and pressed against a series of steel rollers, which extract the juice. Yields are comparable and, in some cases, higher than those achieved by hydraulic presses. Using a belt press gives a short pressing time and leads to minimal air contact. The quality of the juice is usually very high as a result, with minimal solid content.

  • Presses up to 3,000 kg of apple pulp per hour
  • Twin belt system gives juice yields of up to 80%, depending on fruit variety and quality
  • Use with the Voran WAR 65 Wash Mill with Elevator
  • Comprehensive 2 year warranty, backed up by our engineers
