The Manual Crown Capper is a heavy-duty, hand lever capping machine designed for reliable application of crown caps to bottles. Ideal for small-scale or light commercial use, this crown capper combines durability, precision, and ease of use for consistent bottle sealing.

Key Features & Specifications

• Magnetic capping head for easy placement of caps before sealing
• Supplied with two interchangeable capping heads: 26 mm (beer) and 29 mm (champagne)
• Can also be used to insert plastic champagne stoppers (see link below)
• Chromed steel column, heavy cast base, and sprung return hand lever
• Suitable for light commercial use
• Capacity: up to approximately 400 bottles per hour, depending on operator capability
• Optional Champagne Muzzler Attachment (product code 97202) can twist wire muzzles over champagne corks or stoppers
• Use with our Crown Caps (26mm Ø – part code 98791, etc.) and Champagne Crown Caps (29mm Ø – part codes 98760 & 91660)
